The design of the Elephant® My is based on Vestergaard Company experience and technology proven reliable over the years.
The Elephant® My, built on a standard truck chassis, offers a vast array of options to make it easy and simple in operation.

The core concept of the Elephant® My is to provide the customer with a highly efficient deicer to operate at sites where high flexibility is required. It is extremely easy to operate, highly manoeuvrable and has a little turn radius. The Elephant® My is also an excellent work platform for all kind of aircraft maintenance tasks and aircraft washing due to its low noise level.
The unique boom system - rotating at its base - provides a very wide operating area, smooth and proportional movements as well as great versatility. The advanced boom suspension system provides an almost vertical lift movement improving stability and a horizontal reach in all working heights as well as a safe distance from the aircraft.
Boom and fluid systems are powered hydraulically by a variable displacement pump mounted directly on the engine front, eliminating the need for an auxiliary engine.
