We take great pride in manufacturing state-of-the-art products for all possible operational conditions and for maximum service life. Our focus is on aircraft deicers and lavatory/water service. Our aircraft deicers range from the advanced and high-reach Elephant® BETA-15, over the Elephant® GAMMA and Elephant® MY to the compact Elephant® SIGMA allowing Vestergaard to meet all aircraft deicing requirements, from small, regional airports to the largest airports anywhere in the world. Over the years, Vestergaard have developed and introduced a series of unique features, which are all effectively aimed at providing customers with highly efficient, first-class deicing systems. This includes Hot-at-Nozzle (to avoid loss of inefficient cold de-icing fluid), batch heating (allowing deicing to start within minutes from start-up of the unit) and the ViscoMax system (to keep Type II/IV fluid viscosity levels at acceptable levels, regardless of flow rate and vertical position of nozzle). Our two parallel lines of lavatory/water service trucks with capacities from 800 to 5,000 litres and a high degree of customization are the key to ensuring that customers get the GSE trucks they need. Our focused design process ensures the best possible operational performance with regard to safety, manoeuvrability, and ease of operation. We maintain a considerable stock of spare parts, enabling day-to-day delivery of critical parts.
