During this year's GHI conference held in Sorrento, Aviance and Vestergaard executed a frame agreement for delivery of specialized GSE equipment.

Aviance is the first international alliance in airport services. It is ten years old and it groups 14 members that offer ground handling solutions in 21 countries.

Vestergaard Company, Denmark-based GSE manufacturer, specializes in aircraft de-icers and toilet and water service units for ground handling operations and offers products suitable for any airport size, and any aircraft type.

The Frame Agreement will stretch over a period of three years and cover Vestergaard's "Elephant®" aircraft de-icers as well as toilet and water service trucks.

It formalizes and re-inforces the ties currently existing between Vestergaard and Aviance, as several member companies from the alliance have - over the past many years - already been purchasing Vestergaard’s units.

Under the Agreement, Aviance member companies can consolidate their GSE purchases and utilise a single, common set of terms and conditions and the deal effectively places Vestergaard on Aviance's Preferred Vendor's List.
