VTS saves costs for large airport operators with its swift working procedure and large tank capacity on a standard chassis.

VTS

The VTS Unit

The VTS is customized to fulfil specific needs and customer preferences and is constructed exclusively from first class components. It is build on a standard truck chassis of customer’s choice which ensures availability of spare parts and easy maintenance.

All major components of vacuum, fluid, hydraulic and electrical systems are standard and thoroughly tested, and mounted in the machine room, where large hinged doors provide excellent accessibility. Parts and cables are marked according to the diagrams to facilitate maintenance.

The stainless steel tanks are placed in the centre of the vehicle and are accessible trough man-holes. The waste tank is actively cleaned when dumping through its hydraulically operated valve.

The VTS is available with a batch mix-system, that mixes disinfectant and water to a concentration that the user specifies, as it is filled into the aircraft.

Fluid system and tank section are fully insulated for winter protection, and optional anti-freeze heater systems are available. To protect the couplings from freezing, a coupling heater can be placed in the basket. The optional steam generator removes ice from the aircraft panel and piping.

To facilitate handling of all aircraft types the VTS can be equipped with an elevating basket. The basket is at the rear end of the vehicle, and is easy to enter at ground level. The waste hose and the flush / filling hose are in the basket.

The basket is equipped with a user friendly control panel that gives the operator a clear view of all the necessary functions.
